Guys, if you’re currently living at U.S.A. and you’re one of the credit card users, then you should open up your eyes and read on this news!
U.S. President, Barrack Obama has announced that he will try his best to protect all the credit card holders. During the interview, Obama said that the House and the Senate are give what it takes to protect the credit card users from the expansion of sudden rate increases and late fees.
Obama mentioned that any reason rate hikes and late fee traps should be ended in the near future, as this will become a great burden to the credit card holders, especially in this economy turmoil period!
According to the latest survey, there is over 80 percent of U.S. citizens have at least one credit card or more. The credit card debt has reaching up to $963 billion by January 2009 and it keeps increasing!
In order to reduce the credit card debt, the Federal Reserve has already carried out some new rules to enforce a host of new credit card holder protections. These rules will take effect in July 2010.
