Do You Want to have a Finance Stress Test?
September 29th 2009 05:35
Well, I know it sounds like a little bit awkward and weird, but the U.S. banks are having the stress tests for their company. It main purpose is to check out, whether their company could be survived a financial crisis or not!
The concept is derived from the Obama administration’s “stress test”. The regulators have to put the firms into three different groups, which as:
1. Employees that in healthy condition;
2. Employees that need money; and
3. Employees that at risk of failure.
Then, you have to rate your strength on the topic from scale 1 to 5, which 1 represents that you cannot provide any help to the workers, when they’re having any emergency cases; while rate it 5 if you’re fully confident that you can offer the financial help to your employees when they need it the most!
Caution: If your overall score are less than 3 on the above three criteria, then you should reconsider to start fortifying your financial plan, before something bad happened on you!
