Hitachi Claimed Its Annual Loss!

The most recognizable electronics maker, Hitachi has reported its annual loss. Honestly, this annual loss was one of the biggest annual losses in Hitachi’s history!
The company declared that they have a huge net loss of 787.3 billion yen ($8.1 billion U.S. dollars). In addition, they’ve forecasted a loss of 270 billion yen ($2.78 U.S. dollars) will be continued to strike on Hitachi in 2010!
In this early January, Hitachi has mentioned that it already had fired up to 7,000 employees globally. They will continue to do it, if their financial situation is getting worse in the near future.
Also, Hitachi net revenue has been drastically falling as well, from 11 trillion yen in 2007 to nearly 10 trillion yen in 2008!
The even worse thing was the Hitachi’s shares fell 5.2% to 381 yen, due to the huge profit loss! In order to stop this disaster, Hitachi decided to cut costs of about 490 billion yen ($5.04 U.S. dollars). This means that many Hitachi employees will be the victims in the next cut off!
