Everything has its pros and cons. Although this current economy turbulence had causing a deep impact on the global economy, but some of the people might still think it’s a good sign!
Let’s take an example, the secondhand shops are mushrooming, especially in the couple of months. In my living area, there’s only a secondhand shop in the past, but the number is slowly increasing day after day. By now, the town is already having at least six secondhand shops!
Ok, let’s forget about the secondhand shops for awhile. The point is, the US Commerce Department had mentioned that construction of new houses and apartments have been drastically fallen down. They said that the January rate was the lowest record since 1959!
Of course, maybe it’s extremely hard to get the house mortgage in this critical time. However, for those that afford to buy a house, it’s the best opportunity to do so, as the house prices are continuously fallen down.
Grab the chance and don’t lose it easily, as you won’t be have too much of chances in your life.
