We knew that the global economic is beginning to back on track, as many countries have claimed that their GDP is steadily bounce back in the last two months!
In order to save more money, many companies have decided to cut off the production cost, or canceled half of the unwanted expanses. Due to this situation, many employees are greatly suffering with the company’s policies.
Two days ago, Jimmy, one of my former college classmates has invited me to go for a dinner. He had already married with Marion, a beautiful yet intelligence woman two years ago. During the dinner, Jimmy was asking my opinion about the office annual party.
I stared at Jimmy for a few seconds, and then I asked him, “Oh, Jimmy. You never organize an office party before, isn’t it?”
Jimmy nodding his head and say, “Yep, it’s the first time, after I’ve opened my company for two years!”
“Really good, Jimmy. It shows that you’re appreciating your employees' efforts.” I answered his question with a gentle smile.
“Wilson, although I’m very familiar with Christmas parties, but I never hold any office parties before. That’s why, I need you help here!”
“Take it easy, Jimmy. To be honest, the office Christmas parties are nothing, but rather the huge size family Christmas parties. Just relax and do whatever you want to do, because it’s your own office Christmas party.”
I told Jimmy that the main purposes of organizing an office Christmas party is to build a stronger relationship with your employees. It is the greatest moment to know your employees better, as it helps to boost up the whole team spirit.
Hehe, Jimmy said that he would be appreciated, if I can attend his office Christmas party. Since he has asked me to, I cannot reject his invitation. I also want to open up my territory and make more new friends or customers as well!
