Since the recession started to violate in last year, many people from all around the world has begun their online freelancing career.
Xenios Thrasyvoulou, the founder of PeoplePerHour.com explained to Emma Simpson, the BBC’s reporter that his website has received more than million hits per month. It’s mainly due to more people are turning to the freelance career.
“Majority of the people that registered as the website members are those who has been quitted or fired from their previous job!” Mr. Thrasyvoulou said.
According to the informal statistic, there are about 1.6 million of freelancers in the United Kingdom, or more than 150 million of freelancers worldwide! Due to the advent of technology, there will be more and people whom changing their job from the 9-5 traditional job to freelancer in near future…
