What Do You Expect From The Job Fairs?

You’re fresh graduate from the well-known university/college, and it supposed to be the best and sweetest moment in your life! However, if you’re graduated in the past few months, you’ll discover that it’s certainly hard to find even a single job, no matter how hardworking you are!
Well, in this case, you should’t blame on yourself, as there are over millions of people out there who looking for job as you did. Even you’ve attended many job fairs, but it doesn’t seem to give a big result at all!
Ok, it must be hard to believe, but it’s a true story about one of my friend, Calvin who currently still unemployed. For your information, he’s a fresh college graduate and he’d just finished his business and administration degrees level last month. He had tried his best to look for job (He told me that he had interviewed for over 88 jobs in one month), but it seems that all the companies shut down their door and won’t let him get into it!
Beside that, he attended to 10 job fairs, but it returns nothing at all! The more ridiculous thing is some of the companies in the job fairs won’t accept the job applicants’ resume and they just toss it into the trash bin, once the job fairs had finished (He saw it with his own eyes, therefore he’s totally shocked with it!)
After the incident, he learned something that a well-written resume would turn into rubbish, if not one will ever appreciate it! And, Calvin said the percentage of getting job in the job fair is much lower than the walk-in interview! It’s better not to waste your time trying your luck in the job fairs.
PS: Calvin, I believed that with your talent and ability, you’ll get the ideal job very soon. Just believe in yourself and never lose your faith!
